How to apply for a PAN Card ?
Online Application Process :
Step 1 : Visit NSDL or UTIITSL website.
Step 2 : Fill the given form then submit and pay the processing fee.
Step 3 : PAN will be sent to the given address after some days.
Offline Application Process :
Step 1 : Take the application form from the authorized center.
Step 2 : Fill the given form then submit it with all the required documents and pay the processing fee.

How to update or edit the PAN Card details :
Follow the below steps to update the PAN details
Step 1 : Visit the NSDL website.
Step 2 : Select on “Changes or Correction in the existing PAN Card.”
Step 3 : Fill the form with the required documents and submit it.
Do’s and Don’ts for filling the PAN Card update form :
- You have to make sure that the form is filled in capital letters.
- Filled the mandatory information.
- Give your correct phone number through which you can get messages regarding your updates.
- Check your details again before submitting the form.
- Avoid using salutations like Mr., Mrs., Miss etc.
- Submit the relevant documents only.

What is the cost of a PAN Card ?
The charges applied on a PAN is 93 rupees for Indian transactions and bank payment charges and GST are applied to this transaction.

PAN Card valid till lifetime.
Lost PAN Card :
If you lost your PAN, there is nothing to worry about. You can get a Duplicate PAN Card online or offline. To apply for a duplicate PAN you have to again visit the NSDL or UTIITSL website. Fill the form 49-A for Indian citizens and 49-AA for foreigners. Make the payment and you will get your duplicate PAN within 45 days.
